I need to agree with Wendell here. @tekwendell
We are definitely spending to much time to fix the issues with user workstations.
Current imaging systems allowing us to cut this time just by re-imaging user machine and in case of hardware issue buy a new one and incorporate to the current fleet by utilising Microsoft Autopilot.
We are leaving in times where IT as a commodity entering our homes and our ‘remote’ corporate offices. Devices are cheap and corporate policies allowing use them more like terminals of the past.
